We are seeking an experienced, passionate DEI Leader to drive forward and champion our global DEI strategy. You will help the organization lead with inclusion and create a workplace where everyone at Jensen Hughes feels a sense of belonging, celebrating diverse perspectives across the organization. The qualified candidate will live within the United States and be located near a Jensen Hughes office.


  • Drive the successful implementation and management of the global DEI strategy and associated plans.
  • Bring DEI expertise as well as consulting, facilitation, project management and analytical skills to drive strategies and initiatives in support of the DEI agenda.
  • Provide support, structure, and guidance to the Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). Enable ERGs to provide both targeted programming for the group members and content that serves to raise awareness across the company.
  • Act as a change agent, challenging the status quo, and develop best practice solutions to address DEI related needs.
  • Partner with external DEI experts to stay current on the DEI best practices, current topics, and legal requirements.
  • Develop metrics to measure, track, analyze and report on the impact and effectiveness of DEI programs and initiatives.
  • Serve as the firm-wide main point of contact for client DEI information requests. Developing and maintaining data utilized for client requests and benchmarking surveys.
  • Work as a trusted partner with the operational and functional teams to imbed initiatives aligned with business objectives driving meaningful and measurable results.
  • Serve as a member of and trusted advisor to the DEI council, DEI Committees and leaders across the company, driving active sponsorship for DEI.
  • Develop a learning path that drives our inclusive culture and ensure that DEI strategies are integrated into programs.
  • Recognize and respond to regional differences to ensure that we have a global plan that is adapted to regional needs.
  • Actively engage with employees and create effective feedback loops related to the DEI programs.
  • Inspire and manage change as a thought leader and champion of Jensen Hughes commitment to building an inclusive culture.
  • The DEI Director will report to the Chief People Office and will partner with all areas of the organization to drive positive culture and business outcomes.
  • Some travel will be required


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a combination of education and experience that supports expertise in this area.
  • 7+ years’ experience developing, leading and implementing DEI programs in complex, high growth, fast-paced organizations.
  • Successful track record designing, leading, and developing innovative DEI strategies, training solutions and ERGs.
  • Change management, stakeholder engagement, and excellent communication skills, building trust and collaboration to drive organization wide execution of DEI programs.
  • Experience translating DEI data into actionable insights and recommended solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and present to diverse population and stakeholders at varying levels.
  • Experience demonstrating high judgment and working with confidential or highly sensitive subject matter.
  • Ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and collaborate across various groups to advance company culture.
  • The confidence and courage to develop, drive and deliver solutions that challenge the status quo.
  • Ability to traverse the tactical and strategic needs of a growing function in an evolving, complex, global company.
  • Comfortable with a high-volume workload and willingness to proactively roll up your sleeves.
  • Results and action oriented with experience and resiliency in influencing, leading and supporting organization change
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence across multiple regions, functions and countries, enabling an inclusive culture.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, leads and adapts to change, navigating matrixed organizations with confidence.
  • Passion and experience in DEI with an appreciation for the historic and current areas of focus and challenges.
